Warwick has been in the building industry for 25 plus years, concentrating since 2017 on the cold-rolled steel building construction industry. Warwick has a multitude of experience in the residential and industrial building sectors, having designed and built numerous industrial buildings for clients, and for a sister development company. 

SHANNON WALKER – OPERATIONS MANAGER 

Shannon has 17 years of construction experience behind him with 11 of those being a Licensed Building Practitioner. Working in various roles he has done everything big and small. His 9.5 years of previously owning his own business has made him very knowledgeable and excellent at project management. Shannon’s number one goal is to always be honest and keep communication at the top of the priority list.

DEB BEATTIE – SALES/OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Deb is our sales superstar. Normally the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers, she brings her vast knowledge and people skills into her role. This means that she excels in communication and efficiency, ensuring that each job runs smoothly.

We are experts in both cold formed and mild steel technology processes. For our cold formed steel buildings we use galvanised steel sections with a durability guarantee from New Zealand Steel. Our buildings are value engineered, fully bolted portal frames with options for nested and bird resistant purlins. Our software provides the most cost-effective solutions with upgrades to have options such as non-obtrusive knee or apex braces and options on purlins and girts. Being fully independent, if a different system exists that can solve your needs, we’ll do everything we can to make it work.

We’re also proudly New Zealand owned and operated, and that means we understand the extremely varied conditions across the country. Our designs are site specific, ensuring we work with the contours, geographical and environmental conditions of the area. Sun, snow, shakes, we’ve got your covered: from ventilation requirements to seismic engineering to extreme environmental loads, we design and build with your site in mind. And even if we’re providing only a part of your project, we’ll still check our systems work where you need them to.
