Project Description

This 570m2 commercial build completed in Whiore Ave, Tauriko was design built, featuring an industrial space of 285m2 as well as 283m2 of office and custom fitout interior areas that are split over 2 levels. The 2 shutter doors at 4.6×4.6m allow for extra space for larger vehicles to come and go. The different angles of this build along with the awning and custom block column make it stand out from others to create a unique exterior.
