Cladding & Roof: 175mm thick tilt panel walls (side and back) with heavy gauge trim-rib/corrugate on the front, and heavy trim-rib corrugate on the roof
Colour: Roof: Grey Friars, Cladding: Gull Grey over doors & Sandstone Grey to the side of doors, Joinery: Slate
Roller Doors: 4@ 4.600h x 4.200w Shutter doors, 1@ 2.200h x 3.200w domestic roller door – Colour: Permanent Green
Custom: Awnings over office front doors and full front length of building (Shadowclad Intergrain Redwood finish), Interior Office Fitout: Unit 1 – 2 office spaces, 1 meeting room, 1 lunchroom, 2 bathroom. Unit 2 – 1 office room, 1 large lunchroom with storage area, 1 bathroom.

Project Description

This 2 unit industrial building was an awesome project. Constructed using 175mm concrete tilt panels on the back, left side and middle, with cold-rolled C-Section structural steel and cladding on the front and right side. Both units have a large storage/workshop area and a separate office area. Unit 1 has a bigger office area, featuring 2 office spaces, a meeting room, 2 bathrooms (first floor bathroom being wheelchair accessible), and a large lunchroom with kitchenette. Unit 2 has a smaller office area, with 1 office space, 1 wheelchair accessible bathroom and a storage/lunchroom also complete with a kitchenette.
